DJ CLASH X THROWBACK PARTY
King's College London's African-Caribbean Society (ACS) is known for hosting vibrant and culturally enriching events that celebrate African and Caribbean heritage. On two separate occasions, they enlisted our services to capture the essence of their events: a DJ-Clash event featuring multiple recognised DJs, and a 90's throwback party event. These events were significant social highlights for the ACS community, aiming to provide a fun and engaging experience for attendees.

CHALLENGE
The ACS needed a 1-minute recap video for each event and high-quality pictures for both events to share on their social media platforms, showcasing the energy and excitement of the events. The challenge was to capture the dynamic atmosphere and memorable moments in a concise yet impactful manner.
STRATEGY
Our creative studio worked with King's College London's ACS to deliver vibrant visual content that encapsulated the spirit of their events. Our approach included:
Pre-Event Planning
We coordinated with the ACS team to understand the key moments they wanted to highlight and the overall vibe they wanted to convey. This included identifying important segments of the DJ-Clash and the thematic elements of the 90’s throwback party.
On-Site Filming and Photography
Using professional-grade equipment, our team attended both events to capture high-quality footage and photographs. We focused on capturing the performances of the recognized DJs, the crowd’s reactions, and the overall energy of the event. Furthermore, highlighting the nostalgic 90’s outfits, dance moves, and the lively interactions among attendees.
Post-Production
Our editing team created a 1-minute recap video for each event, integrating dynamic transitions, upbeat music, and key highlights to create engaging and shareable content. We also curated a selection of high-quality photos that captured the best moments of both events.
